park land sufficiency calculation made by builders group at 2010.

Althrough this calculation didn't count the future development in South Unionville (for example, the condo) and has errors. It said we had a park deficit of 1.47 ha (3.63 acres) at that time.
The formula used to calculate park is:
1 ha /300 units +1 acre/1000 people.
This is the general formula using in Markham.
